In the event, that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support at support@castelloclothingline.com within 10 business days. and include your order number. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will send out your replacement package right away. 

Note: All items must be unworn, unwashed and tags remaining in place. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us, but we will cover the cost to return the replacement package back to the customer.

All sale items are final sale. We do not provide refunds.
